- 1⁄4 Cup butter

- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1⁄4 Cup milk
- red food colouring
- green food colouring

Directions
Mix the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt and eggs in a bowl and knead until it starts to take consistency. Add the butter and continue kneading for another 15 minutes, until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with cling film and rest for 1 hour.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough with a 1 cm wide rolling pin, and leave it to rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting. Cut out circles of different diameters.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the donuts; turn them over with a spatula and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
For the glaze, divide the icing sugar into 3 parts, add 2 tablespoons of milk to each part, mix until incorporated and add the colouring, respectively.
Coat the doughnuts with different glazes and enjoy!
