The perfect grenadier
I love making this simple, quick-to-assemble dish, which is a great choice for any occasion. Remember, delicious food doesn't have to be complicated!

- 1⁄2 kg Dried pasta
- oil

While I prepare the ingredients, I wash the potatoes and dice them. I usually put the pasta in a bowl and pour enough water over it to cover it, then leave it to soak while the potatoes cook.
Boil the potatoes in salted water. When the pasta and potatoes are ready, I pour a little oil into a pan and add the cooked pasta and potatoes, then fry over a medium heat.
Feel free to use the dried pasta, don't worry if it's not fresh, it will soften just the same. Feel free to boil the potatoes until soft, as they will brown more easily in the pan.
I usually serve the prepared grenadier marsh in a pot, but I spiced it up a bit and sprinkled it with parsley.
The parsley is not only very good for its colour, but it also adds a great flavour to the dish. Kids love it too, because it's a trick to make everyday meals more exciting!
