Tofu Banana and Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 Cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries blueberries etc.)
- 1⁄2 pack of silken tofu
- 1 ripe banana
- 1⁄2 Cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Toppings: granola, chia seeds nuts fresh berries shredded coconut or any of your favorite toppings

Directions
Place the frozen mixed berries, silken tofu, ripe banana, and almond milk into a blender. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie bowl, add in the honey or maple syrup.
Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. Depending on your blender, you might need to stop and stir the mixture a few times to ensure everything is well-blended.
Once the smoothie is blended, pour it into two bowls.
Add your favorite toppings: you can add granola, chia seeds, nuts, fresh berries, shredded coconut, or any others you prefer.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Tofu and Berry Smoothie Bowl!
