Waffles without milk
A simple and tasty recipe for waffles without the addition of milk, perfect for people on a dairy-free diet. Despite the lack of milk, the waffles are extremely crispy and delicious.

- 2 glasses flour
- 11⁄2 glasses Carbonated water
- 3 Piece Eggs
- 4 spoons sugar
- 1⁄2 glasses of oil
- 1 pinch salt

1. Step
In a larger bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until you get a fluffy mass.
2. Step
Add flour, salt and oil, then slowly pour in the sparkling water, stirring all the time. Mix until the dough is smooth and lump-free.
3. Step
Heat up the waffle iron and grease it with oil using a brush. Pour portions of dough and bake each waffle for about 3-4 minutes until it's golden.
4. Step
Serve the ready-made waffles with your favorite toppings.
