Zucchini Gingerbread
Zucchini gingerbread is one of my favourites, it's soft, juicy and very tasty. Definitely give it a try🙂

- 250 g spelt flour
- 2 egg

- 1 package baking soda
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- lemon peel

1. Step
Grate the zucchini finely, add eggs, butter, honey and lemon zest to it
2. Step
In the second bowl, we mix the dry ingredients
3. Step
Mix everything together and roll it out on a baking sheet
4. Step
Put in a preheated oven at 160 and bake for 20-25min.🤗
