- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 30 g whole-wheat flour

1. Step
Grate the zucchini and carrot finely and squeeze out all the excess water. The mixture must be completely dry. Add two eggs, flour and finely chopped ham to the bowl with the vegetables. You can also add cheese for a better taste. Season lightly and mix well.
2. Step
We use a spoon to distribute the mixture onto a hot pan with oil and form about 1 cm high pancakes.

We fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side.

We can serve it with yogurt dip or cottage cheese.
