Apple Bread Pudding

- 500 g Holiday bread
- 1 egg
- 95 crystal sugar
- 25 g melted butter
- 100 ml milk
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 500 g Defatted curd
- 3 yolk
- 50 g confectionery sugar
- 3 a piece apple
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 kl cinnamon
- 3 egg whites

Directions
Mix 1 egg, 1 yolk, 25g of sugar, 25g of butter, cream and milk. Cut the Christmas loaf into small pieces and soak it well in the prepared mixture. Prepare the cottage cheese layer. Mix two yolks with powdered sugar and add cottage cheese. For the apple part, just grate apples and mix with vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Put a layer of soaked Christmas loaf at the bottom of the baking dish. Add a layer of apples, use all the apples. Add a thin layer of cottage cheese, again the Christmas loaf, the rest of the cottage cheese, and again a loaf. Bake for 35 min at 160°C. Meanwhile, whisk snow from egg whites and 70g of sugar. Add snow to the baked loaf and let it bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C.
