- 1 unit ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tooth garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cdas Extra virgin olive oil

1. Step
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Scrape the flesh with a spoon and place it in the blender.
2. Step
Add the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and olive oil to the blender.
3. Step
Blend the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.
4. Step
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. If necessary, add more lemon juice or salt.
5. Step
Transfer to a bowl or jar and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
