Eggplant Spread for Crispy Breads

- 2 pcs eggplant
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts black pepper

1. Step
Wash the eggplants, cut them in half and scoop them out. Chop the eggplant flesh into cubes.
2. Step
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Step
On a frying pan with olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
4. Step
Add the diced eggplant, season with salt and pepper, and stew until the eggplant is completely soft.
