Baked Sweet and Sour Cauliflower
This recipe for baked sweet and sour cauliflower is a simple and tasty way to spice up your vegetarian menu. The cauliflower is baked until golden, then brushed with the sweet and sour sauce and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
Cauliflower
- 1 a piece cauliflower
- 2 Spoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 Spoon salt
- 1⁄4 Spoon black pepper
Sweet and sour sauce
- 150 ml ketchup
- 2 Spoons mustard
- 4 Spoons With
- 2 Spoons soy sauce

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Wash the cauliflower, clean it and divide it into florets.
Mix the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sweet and sour sauce. Mix ketchup, mustard, honey, and soy sauce in a small pot and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
When the cauliflower is done, brush it with sweet and sour sauce and return it to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Serve baked sweet and sour cauliflower warm. Enjoy your meal!
