Baked zucchini with minced meat

- 2 pcs Medium courgettes
- 500 g Minced meat
- 2 pcs The Onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 konzerva Tomatoes own juice
- grated cheese

1. Step
Cut the zucchini in half and scoop out the flesh. This will come in handy later when preparing the filling.
2. Step
In a frying pan, fry finely chopped onion and garlic in oil.
3. Step
After a while, add the minced meat and fry it. You can also add a little ground pepper or chilli to the minced meat if you like spicier food.

Then add the hollowed out flesh of the zucchini and the tomatoes from the can. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until tender.

Fill the zucchini with the mixture and bake at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes.

Before the end of baking, sprinkle them with cheese and let them bake for a while.
