Roasted beetroot in foil is an excellent side dish for the main course. It not only tastes great, but is also very healthy.

- 4 Spoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Wash, peel and cut the beets into halves.
3. Step
Place each beet on a piece of foil, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
4. Step
Close the foil tightly and place in the preheated oven.
5. Step
Bake for about 45 minutes or until soft.
