For the strawberry layer:
- 200 g Blueberries
- 100 g sugar
- lemon juice
For the curd layer:
- 500 g Semi-skimmed cottage cheese
- 100 g confectionery sugar
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 1 spoon vanilla essence

1. Step
Start by preheating the oven to 180°C and preparing a baking tin.
2. Step
Then prepare the cake from the mixed biscuits and melted butter. Press the mixture into the tin and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the sugar in a pan, add the blueberries and lemon juice and cook until a soft jammy mixture forms.

Then start preparing the curd layer. Mix the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence.

Spread the curd layer on the baked cake.

Bake at 170 degrees for about 40-50 minutes, until the cheesecake layer is firm. After baking, let this blueberry dessert cool and spread with blueberry mixture.
