Brownie cookies

Brownie cookies are one of my favorite desserts. Although their preparation can be a bit tedious, the end result is definitely worth it.

Directions

30 min.
1. Step

Start by preheating the oven to 180°C. While the oven is heating, cut the chocolate into small pieces.

2. Step

In a pot, heat the butter until it melts. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until you reach a smooth, homogeneous mass. Transfer it to a bowl and set aside to cool for a while.

3. Step

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. You want to get a light and fluffy mixture, which should take about 5 minutes. Add the vanilla extract and combine with the chocolate.

4. Step

Add the flour and a pinch of salt to the chocolate mixture. Gently mix everything until the ingredients come together. Be careful not to overwork the dough - it should be light and fluffy.

5. Step

Now prepare a baking sheet by lining it with baking paper. Using a spoon, spoon the batter onto the baking sheet, keeping the portions spaced apart.

6. Step

Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes. Although they may seem uncooked, make sure you don't bake them too long - they should be soft and moist inside, like a brownie.

7. Step

After removing from the oven, let the brownie cookies cool on the baking sheet. Once they cool down a bit, they will be easier to handle. Then all that's left for you to do is enjoy these delicious brownies!
