Fantastic chocolate brownies with cottage cheese, ready in under an hour.

- 150 g butter
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 3 a piece egg
- 215 g confectionery sugar
- 225 g Semi-coarse flour
- 65 g sour cream
- 250 g Of soft cottage cheese
- 150 ml milk

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a baking tin (26 cm in diameter) and sprinkle with flour.
2. Step
Melt the butter with the chocolate over a low heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
3. Step
Then to the chocolate add 2 eggs,140 g of sugar, flour and add the cream. Mix everything together well.
4. Step
Mix the cottage cheese with the egg, the rest of the sugar and the milk.
5. Step
Pour the chocolate mixture into the baking tin first and pour the cottage cheese mixture on top.
6. Step
Bake the brownies for about 30 minutes, or until the batter is nicely browned and baked through and a skewer inserted comes out dry.
