Chinese chicken soup with corn
I make this Chinese chicken soup with corn very often because it's quick, easy and delicious.

- 500 g chicken meat
- 1 konzerva sweet corn
- 1 a piece onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 a piece carrot
- 2 spoons soy sauce
- 1 chilli paprika (optional)
- Salt, pepper
- oil

1. Step
First, prepare the vegetables. Cut the onion into small pieces and crush the garlic.
2. Step
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic. Cover and sauté over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the onions are soft.
3. Step
Add the chicken cut into pieces and simmer until soft.
4. Step
Add the corn, sliced carrots and pour in 1 litre of water.
5. Step
Bring to a boil, add soy sauce and chilli sliced thinly (if using). Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes more until the vegetables are completely soft.
6. Step
Season with salt and pepper to taste and the soup is ready.
