Chocolate cocoa glaze
The best cocoa chocolate frosting. It's wonderfully versatile - it's perfect for bundt cakes, rolls or cupcakes.

- 200 g Semolina sugar
- 50 g cocoa
- 125 ml Waters
- 125 g butter

1. Step
In a saucepan, mix the sugar and cocoa, mixing them properly before adding the other ingredients to avoid lumps.
2. Step
Then add water and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. It's important to let the glaze cook really slowly, otherwise it might burn.
3. Step
Cook for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
4. Step
Then remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the butter, which acts as a great softener and makes the frosting beautifully glossy.

Let the butter and cocoa combine and the frosting is ready.
