Chocolate frosting with butter
Recipe for chocolate buttercream frosting. It's perfect for cakes, muffins and other baked goods, even homemade cookies.

Directions
First, crush the chocolate into small pieces. I always recommend using cooking chocolate, as it's fluffy when melted and works best here.
Add the butter to a small saucepan and leave it over a low heat until completely melted. It is important that the fire is gentle - the butter should not burn, just melt slowly.
Add the crumbled chocolate and honey. Stir frequently to evenly melt the chocolate and mix with the butter and honey.
Leave the heat on low for now and wait until the mixture is completely smooth and all the ingredients are well mixed.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Once the frosting is cool, you can use it for topping or decoration. Preparation is quick and easy, the icing is perfectly smooth and glossy.
