Chocolate Liqueur
This delicious homemade chocolate liqueur is great as a holiday gift or as a special treat for you. It has a rich, creamy, and slightly sweet taste with a hint of chocolate.

- 200 g Bitter chocolates
- 1 l milk
- 200 g sugar
- 300 ml rum

1. Step
In a small pan over low heat, melt the chocolate. Add sugar and have patience until everything is nicely combined.
2. Step
Pour the milk into a pot and add the melted chocolate with sugar. Stir until everything is combined and smooth.
3. Step
Once the chocolate milk is smooth, put it into the blender and add rum. Blend until smooth.
4. Step
Pour the finished liqueur into glass bottles, close and store in a cool place. The liqueur is best served chilled.
