Christmas punch
A delicious Christmas punch that must not be missing on our Christmas table.

- 1 l red wine
- 200 ml dark rum
- 200 g sugar
- 1 a piece lemon
- 1 a piece orange
- 4 a piece Cloves
- 2 a piece Anise
- 1 clove vanilla
- 4 a piece black tea

1. Step
Pour the red wine into a large saucepan, add the sugar and bring to the boil over medium heat.
2. Step
Wash and thinly slice the lemon and orange.
3. Step
To the wine, add lemon and orange slices, cloves, star anise and a vanilla clove.
4. Step
Let everything simmer for 20 minutes under a lid on low heat.
5. Step
Add the black tea bags to the pot and allow to infuse for 5 minutes.
6. Step
Then remove the tea and pour the rum into the pot.
