Creamy Garlic Mushroom Dinner Pasta

Ingredients
- 350 gms of your preferred pasta
- 250 gms fresh white button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1⁄2 Cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garmish

Directions
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al-dente. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-8 minutes.
Add the minced garlic to the mushrooms and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Lower the heat and pour the heavy cream into the pan. Stir the mixture and bring it to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until the sauce becomes creamy.
Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Serve the pasta warm, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
