Curd Snack with Sour Cream
This is a delicious cake made from curd, sour cream and various other ingredients. It's perfect for dessert or a sweet treat any time of the day.

- 1 mug special fine flour
- 1⁄2 mug confectionery sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1⁄2 package baking soda

- 500 g soft curd cheese
- 200 ml sour cream
- 150 ml milk
- 1⁄2 mug confectionery sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 creamy powder with vanilla flavoring for the preparation of creams and fillings
- 150 g Frozen fruit

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare a round 24 cm mold, which we line with paper. (both the bottom and the sides).
From the ingredients, we make crumbs for the dough. Place 2/3 of the prepared crumbs at the bottom of the mold.
In a bowl, mix together the curd, cream, milk, golden ear, powdered and vanilla sugar. Finally, gently mix the fruit into the prepared filling.
Pour the filling into the mold and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs (1/3).
Place the pie into a preheated oven at about 40-45 C. The pie should have a light golden color. After baking, let it cool in the mold. It is absolutely best the next day from the fridge.
