Make delicious tacos with ground lamb, salsa, and a tasty salad!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 600 g lamb mince
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 3⁄4 Cup boiled water
- 3 red onions
- 1 can sweetcorn
- 3 tomato
- 1 lettuce
- 1⁄2 Cup salad cucumber
- 2 tablespoon Mint sauce
- 2 tablespoon hot salsa
- 1⁄2 green chilli
- 1⁄2 red chilli
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper
- 12 taco shells

Directions
Heat oil and cook one diced onion. Once soft, add garlic. When golden brown, add lamb mince and cook till brown. Add salt, chilli powder, and hot paprika. Mix well and cook till dry. Add boiled water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Chop all the vegetables, and mix with mint sauce to make the salad.

Turn the meat to high heat and evaporate all liquid. Add hot salsa and chilli flakes. Once the liquid has mostly evaporated, add chopped chillis, garam masala, and taco seasoning. Cook for a few minutes. Add diced peppers and cook for 2 more minutes. Then take off the heat.

Heat your taco shells. Fill with a layer of meat, then some salad, hot salsa, sour cream, and coriander or parsley. Serve and enjoy!
