- 1 lb prunes
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- 4 large eggs
- 2⁄3 Cup crystal sugar
- 1 spoon vanilla essence
- 1⁄2 spoon almond extract
- 1⁄4 spoon salt
- 3⁄4 self-rising flour
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 2⁄3 Cup milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1. Step
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Pit and chop the plums, then roast them in the oven for 15 minutes. Move to a bowl, add lemon juice, and mix.

Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, flour, heavy cream, and milk.

On a heated pan, melt butter. Then pour the batter into the pan and add the roasted plums. Bake for around 20 minutes.
