- 150 g steak lamb rump
- 20 ml vegetable oil
- 50 ml olive oil
- sea salt
- fresh ground pepper

Season the steak on both sides with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Then, rub the steak with a 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Wrap the steak in cling film. Then, place the it in the water bath and cook for 45 minutes.

Remove the lamb rump from the cling film and drain. Then, leave to rest for 5 minutes.

Heat a skillet on high heat until the pan begins to lightly smoke. Add the rump to the pan for a minute on each side.
