Egg Omelette Stuffed with Spinach and Cheese
A classic recipe for a nutritious and delicious egg omelette stuffed with spinach and cheese. Ideal for a quick dinner or breakfast.
Ingredients
Omelette
- 4 pcs egg
- 2 Spoons milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Filling
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 100 g Cheese (cheddar or gouda)
- 1 Spoons olive oil
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic

Directions
Preheat the pan with olive oil. Add garlic cloves and fry them until golden.
Add the spinach and fry just enough to wilt it a bit. Remove from the stove and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Heat some oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Lower the heat and let the omelette cook until almost set. Let the egg layers become nice and glossy.
When the omelette is almost ready, add fried spinach to one half and sprinkle with cheese. Place the other half of the omelette on the filling and let it finish.
Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
