- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 a piece lime
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1 ts salt

1. Step
Wipe the salmon dry with a paper towel and rub it on both sides with olive oil. Then sprinkle it with salt and ground black pepper.
2. Step
Put the fillets into a baking dish and add finely chopped garlic.
3. Step
Grill the salmon in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 12 - 15 minutes.
4. Step
Before serving the salmon, drizzle it with fresh lime juice.
