- 300 g White fish
- 25 g ginger
- 20 g spring onion stalks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame oil
- Chinese rice wine

Directions
Slice the garlic. Cut 2 slices of ginger and reserve them for the sauce, cut the rest into very fine julienne strips.

Separate a couple of pieces of spring onion for the sauce and finely chop the rest.

Steam the fish for 7 minutes and in the meantime prepare the sauce.

In a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the garlic. Then, add the ginger and the spring onion that you have set aside.

Fry for another minute and add the sauce. Count for 20 seconds, remove from the heat and set aside for later.

Remove the cod loins from the steamer and skim off any excess liquid from the dish.

Cover each loin with 2 tbsp of sauce. Top the uncut loin with ginger and spring onions, and leave the other loin as it is. Steam both tenderloins for a further 2 minutes.
