- 320 ml water
- 10 g dry yeast
- 10 g salt
- 10 g sugar

Preparation of yeast: Put yeast, sugar and some warm water into a small bowl. Stir and leave to ferment for 15 minutes.
Dough preparation: Add flour and salt to a large bowl. Add yeast and the rest of the water. Mix and knead until the dough is smooth.
Fermentation: Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, or until the volume of the dough doubles.
Baking Instructions: Preheat your oven to 220°C. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it bake for about 30 minutes, or until the bread is nicely golden brown.
