Homemade dark rye bread recipe
Dark rye bread is healthier than common bread. Also, it's delicious and easy to cook. With this recipe, learn how to make homemade dark rye bread.

- 500 g rye flour preparation
- 280 ml water at room temperature
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- chia and sesame seeds

Directions
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the yeast. Mix and add the water a little at a time.
Knead by hand until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Shape into a ball and leave to rise for 2 hours.
Work the dough again and form the bread shape by making 3 folds. Place the dough in the baking tin and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.
Brush the top with a little water and sprinkle on the seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for about 30 minutes.
Let it cool and enjoy!
