- 300 gms firm tofu
- 2 letters nori seaweed
- 1⁄2 Cup rice flou
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbls Oil for frying
- 1 lemon for garnishing
- Parsley for garnishing

1. Step
Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess water. Slice it into 4 thick slices.
2. Step
Wrap each slice of tofu in a piece of nori.
3. Step
Season the rice flour with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece of wrapped tofu in the seasoned flour.
4. Step
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu slices until golden brown on both sides.
5. Step
Remove the tofu from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Serve the fried tofu with wedges of lemon and a sprinkle of parsley on top.
