1. Step
In a bowl, put flour, sugar, milk, eggs, melted butter, grated lemon peel, and the liqueur. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous dough.

Roll out the loaf on a well-floured surface with a rolling pin until obtaining a thin sheet. Then, cut it into rectangles and engrave two strips inside.
