Kofta kebab
Kofta kebab is an exotic dish with roots in Middle Eastern cuisine. It is characterized by an intense, breath-taking flavor, which is perfectly matched with a slightly spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- 800 g minced lamb
- 1 pcs large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salts
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 spoons fresh peppermint
- 2 spoons Fresh parsley
- 2 spoons Olive oils

Start by thoroughly chopping the onion and garlic. Then mix the ground meat, chopped onion and garlic, as well as all the spices and herbs in a bowl.
When preparing the meat, remember to mix it thoroughly - the uniformity of the mixture is the key to getting the perfect consistency of kebabs.
Forming kebabs depends on your imagination. In the Middle East they shape them into oblong meatballs. You will need about 2 tablespoons of meat for each kebab.
After forming the kebabs, place them in a heated frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
