Mackerel spread
A simple and tasty mackerel spread for bread. Perfect for breakfast or as an addition to crispy toasts at a party.

- 1 piece Mackerel in oil
- 2 Piece hard-boiled eggs
- 2 spoons mayonnaise
- 2 spoons Natural yogurt
- 1 piece red onion
- 1 piece Pickled cucumber
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

1. Step
Open the cans of mackerel and drain the oil. Then break the fish into smaller pieces.
2. Step
Cook the eggs, let them cool, and cut them into small pieces.
3. Step
Chop the onion and pickled cucumber into small pieces.
4. Step
In a bowl, mix the mackerel, eggs, onion, pickled cucumber, mayonnaise and plain yogurt.
5. Step
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with bread or toast.
