This mango smoothie is a nutritious and refreshing drink to enjoy on hot days. It's easy to make and full of mango flavor, combined with a touch of yogurt and honey. Ideal as a breakfast or snack.

Peel the mangoes, remove the pulp and cut into small pieces.
2. Step
In a blender, add the mango chunks, yogurt, honey, ice and milk.

Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until all ingredients are well blended and a creamy drink is obtained.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey if desired.
