Mug Pudding Cake
A delicious cake that can be the perfect dessert for any occasion. This recipe uses a mug as a measuring unit.
Ingredients
Basket:
- 2 mugs special fine flour
- 2 mugs semi-coarse flour
- 250 g butter
- 1 mug sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 3 pcs egg
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 spoons baking powder
Tools:
- 3 pcs vanilla pudding
- 5 jars milk
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 2 kg apple
- 1 kl cinnamon
- powdered sugar for sprinkling

Directions
Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
In a second bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and mix with butter.
Add the eggs with cream and mix.
We often divide the dough into two parts - a larger and a smaller one. We place the larger dough into a baking form which we line with baking paper. We store the second dough wrapped in the fridge for now.
We wash the apples, grate them and mix them with cinnamon. We put them on the dough.
We mix the puddings with sugar in a little milk.
Put the remaining milk to boil and add the mixed pudding. Let it cook. Pour it while still hot onto the grated apples.
We take the second dough from the fridge and grate it onto the pudding.
Bake the pie for about 50 minutes at 180°C.
After cooling, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
