Nocilla Thermomix
Preparing Nocilla at home is one of my favorite activities especially since I acquired my Thermomix. This appliance allows me to obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture that results in a Nocilla with a perfect texture. In addition, making it at home gives you the possibility to adjust the recipe to your taste, if you prefer it more chocolatey, creamier, sweeter, in short, it is up to your personal choice.
Ingredients
- 200 g Of roasted hazelnuts
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g Dessert chocolate (you can also use milk chocolate if you prefer it sweeter)
- 150 g white chocolate
- 200 g of whole milk
- 100 g Of sunflower oil
- 1 pinch Of salt

Directions
We start by adding the hazelnuts in the Thermomix mixing bowl. You could also toast them at home if you prefer to do it all from scratch. Grind for 10 seconds at speed 10.
Add the sugar to the bowl and blend again for 20 seconds at speed 10. At this stage you can control how much sweetness you want in your Nocilla. You can taste a small portion and add more if necessary.
Add the dessert chocolate, white chocolate, milk, sunflower oil and salt. Cook at 50 degrees for 7 minutes at speed 4. Here it is important to choose good quality chocolates, as they are the ones that will give an authentic flavor to your recipe.
It is important to note that in this recipe you can experiment with different types of chocolate and hazelnuts to find the combinations that please you the most. And remember, it is always best to use high quality ingredients to achieve the best results in a homemade Nocilla.
At the end of the time, program again at speed 6 for 20 seconds until a homogeneous cream is obtained. Make sure that all the ingredients are well integrated.
Let it cool and then store in glass jars. You can refrigerate it and use it for several weeks.
