Onion Pancakes
These onion pancakes are quick, simple, and really delicious. They are an ideal side dish for most main courses, but they can also be served on their own or with a vegetable sauce or a simple yogurt sauce.

- 1 pcs Big egg
- 100 g special fine flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Step
In the first phase, we prepare all the necessary ingredients.
2. Step
Peel the onion and grate it on a grater.
3. Step
We whisk the egg with salt and spices, and then add grated onion.
4. Step
Then we gradually add and mix the flour until we get a medium thick batter.
5. Step
From the dough, we form patties and fry them in a pan with a little oil. We fry them golden brown on both sides.
6. Step
Serve the finished onion pancakes still warm.
