Pasta with niva sauce and ham
Pasta with nicoise sauce and ham is one of my favourite dishes. This simple, yet tasty and filling combination of ingredients creates the perfect dinner for family or friends.
Ingredients
- 300 g pasta
- 200 g Nivy
- 200 g Hams
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 250 ml whipping cream
- Salt, black pepper
- chive
- Parsley

Directions
I start by cooking the pasta according to the package directions. I recommend to cook them al dente, so that they are still a little hard. Then drain them and set them aside.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the finely chopped ham and fry until golden. Then add the crushed garlic and sauté together for a while.
Add the whipping cream, grated niva and let the mixture slowly simmer. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water.
Finally, add the cooked pasta to the mixture, stir and season with salt and pepper to taste. And the fragrant pasta with Niva sauce and ham is ready!
They can also be sprinkled with chives or parsley.
