Ingredients
- 1⁄4 Cup of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 3⁄4 Cup of extra virgin olive oil

In a bowl, add the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Whisk them all together until they are completely combined.
Gradually add the extra virgin olive oil while you continue to whisk the mixture.
