Pork Loin with Sauerkraut
A traditional Slovak meal consisting of pork loin and sauerkraut. An ideal recipe for festive lunches or dinners. It's easy to prepare and truly appeals to anyone who loves pork together with sauerkraut.

- 1 kg pork tenderloin
- 1 a piece onion
- 1⁄2 kg sour cabbage
- bacon
- mozzarella

1. Step
Pound the pork tenderloins, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and sear in a skillet.
2. Step
Then we put it in the baking dish.

Stew the sauerkraut on onions and place it on each slice of meat.

We place a slice of bacon on the cabbage and roast the pork loin at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
5. Step
Then we put mozzarella on it and bake it for a while longer.
