Pork on vegetables
I would like to share a recipe for one of my favorite dishes that I have tried to prepare many times. Braised pork on vegetables reminds me of family Sunday lunches when my grandmother would treat us with her delicious dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Of pork
- 2 a piece onion
- 3 a piece carrots
- 2 a piece peppers
- 4 Cloves garlic
- oil
- Salt, pepper
- 2 Spoons Sweet peppers
- 1 Spoons Kminu
- 300 ml broth
- 2 Spoons Smooth flour

Directions
Wash, dry and cut the soft pork into smaller pieces. Then salt, pepper and coat in flour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat on all sides until golden brown. The important thing here is to brown the meat really well so that the pores close and the meat stays juicy.
Chop the onion finely and caramelize in oil until light golden. Add the grated garlic and the browned meat.
Vegetables and add it to the meat in the pan. Saute briefly and then add the sweet paprika and cumin.
Cover the pan and let simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. If necessary, add a little broth or water.
The resulting sauce should be wonderfully thick and the meat soft and juicy.
