Pork shoulder on mushrooms
I've been trying to prepare pork shoulder with mushrooms and cream for several years now and I'm always thrilled with how delicious this simple traditional Czech dish tastes. It's perfect for a family lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork shoulder
- 500 g Hub
- 1 a piece onion
- 3 Cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper
- 1 Spoons Smooth flour
- 2 Spoons Oils
- 150 ml white wine
- 200 ml cooking cream

Directions
First, prepare the meat. Wash, dry and cut the shoulder into smaller pieces. Then salt, pepper and coat it in flour.
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the meat in it until golden. If you fancy a slightly crispier surface, don't be afraid to let it fry longer.
Once the meat is done, remove it from the pot and fry the chopped onion in the same oil until golden brown. Add the sliced garlic and the mushrooms you have cleaned and chopped beforehand.
Once the mushrooms are soft, throw the meat back into the pot, cover with white wine and let simmer for about 15 minutes under the lid.
Then just add the cream, stir and let it simmer for a while to combine the flavours.
