- 2 bunches of rainbow chard
- 2 tbls of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- Zest from one lemon
- Juice from half a lemon

Firstly, rinse the chard in cold water. Trim off the ends of the stems.
Chop the chard leaves and stems into 1-inch pieces. Keep the stems and leaves separated.
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the garlic, and sauté it until it is fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chard stems to the skillet and cook them for about 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.
Now add the chard leaves, cover the skillet, and let it cook for about 5 minutes, or until the leaves have wilted.
