Stuffed roasted peppers
Recipe for tasty stuffed roasted peppers
Ingredients
- 4 a piece Large peppers
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 a piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 mug rice
- pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 plechovka Tomato puree
- 2 mugs Waters
- Oil for frying

First, clean the onion and chop it finely. Do the same with the garlic.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onions in it until they turn golden brown. Add the garlic - a word of advice, be careful not to overcook the garlic as it could take on a bitter taste.
Add the minced meat and let it bake until brown. Stir occasionally.
While the meat is roasting, we can cook the rice - separately.
Season the meat with salt and pepper, add the cooked rice and mix everything thoroughly.
Clean the peppers and loosely fill them with the meat mixture.
Put 1 can of tomato puree, 2 cups of water and some seasoning in the bottom of the baking dish.
Place the peppers in a baking dish and put the baking dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the peppers are soft.
