Tuna and Sweetcorn Pizza
This Tuna and Sweetcorn Pizza is a mouth-watering dish that is perfect for a quick dinner or snack. Ingredients
For the pizza dough:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- 3⁄4 Cup of warm water
- 2 tbls of olive oil
For the pizza toppings:
- 1 can of tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 can of sweetcorn, drained
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Cup of grated mozzarella cheese

Directions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, mix the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt together.
Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix them well.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes or until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a clean cloth, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the drained tuna, sweetcorn, pepper, onion, garlic, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Roll the dough onto a pizza pan, and spread the tuna and veggie mix on top of the dough evenly.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the tuna and veggie mixture.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once done, remove the pizza frothe oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Divide into 8 equal pieces, serve hot with your favorite dip, and enjoy!
