- 400 ml vegetable almond drink or coconut milk
- 150 ml oil
- 11⁄2 tablespoon vanilla essence

- 200 g bittersweet chocolate
- 80 ml coconut oil or seed oil

In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

In a bowl, using a blender, mash the avocado with the sugar until creamy.
