Red cabbage
- 1 Piece Red cabbage (approx. 1kg)
- 2 Piece apple
- 1 Piece onion
Spices
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml red wine
- 1 TL salt
- 1 TL pepper
- 2 Piece Cloves
- 1 Piece bay leaf

1. Step
1. To prepare the red cabbage with apples, first prepare the red cabbage, apples, and onion.
2. Step
2. Sauté the red cabbage and apples in a pan with butter until they are well sautéed, about 10 minutes long.
3. Step
3. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer until the cabbage is soft. The apple red cabbage needs about 40 min cooking time to be soft enough.
