Bean Stew with Smoked Meat

- 500 g Bean
- 200 g smoked meat
- 2 pcs celery
- 1 pcs garlic

- 2 pcs bay leaf
- 5 pcs black pepper
- 1 kl sweet paprika
- 1 kl salt

1. Step
Rinse the beans thoroughly and leave them soaked overnight.
2. Step
Clean the celery, cut it into smaller pieces and put it in the pot along with the smoked meat and beans.
3. Step
Add a bay leaf, whole garlic, whole pieces of black pepper, and pour in enough water to comfortably cover all the ingredients.
4. Step
We cook the sauce over medium heat for approximately 90 minutes. During cooking, check regularly and add water as needed.
5. Step
Approximately 15 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and sweet paprika.
6. Step
After cooking, let the stew stand for a while. Then serve it hot, for example with bread.
