Best Ever Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse Pudding
This Tofu Chocolate Mousse is a creamy, sublime, melt-in-your-mouth dessert that is vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. It contains the richness of chocolate and the silky texture of tofu that surprisingly creates a decadent, healthier alternative that seriously satisfies your sweet cravings without any guilt.
Ingredients
- 300 gms of silken tofu
- 200 gms of Dark Chocolate (choose vegan if you prefer)
- 2 tbls of Maple Syrup or any sweeteners of your preference
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Directions
Drain and pat dry the silken tofu using a clean kitchen towel.
Break the dark chocolate into chunks and melt it in a microwave or using the double boiler method. Stir until the melted chocolate is smooth.
On a blender or food processor, add the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, and pure vanilla extract.
Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Pour your mousse into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least an hour until it's well set and chilled.
Top with your choice of fruit, granola, or even extra chocolate, if desired, before serving.
